Experience the Power of Our Innovative Steel Industry Products

Our reputation as a trustworthy manufacturer of top-tier Tundish Flux (also known as Ladle Flux, Thermal Insulating flux, Rice Husk Ash, or Rice Hull Ash) stems from the fact that we use only high-quality raw materials. This results in our products having excellent insulating power, spreadability, and expandability, making them ideal for quickly and easily covering the entire surface of steel.

The use of Tundish Flux can reduce heat loss from radiation on steel surfaces. Our products are made with high-quality rice husk materials and adhere to important industrial norms during manufacturing. Burnt rice husk is a valuable Tundish Flux that helps maintain temperature, and our products can prevent temperature drops with the same Tundish Flux

Our products are produced according to industry manufacturing standards and are among the top Tundish Flux available. There are numerous advantages to using our Tundish Flux, including:

Advantages of using our covering compound made from burnt rice husk
  • Long-lasting insulation
  • Durability at temperatures up to 1600 degrees Celsius
  • Reduced metal loss and lancing costs
  • Minimized slag formation
  • Reduced heat loss caused by radiation
  • Less smoke and fumes
  • Environmental friendliness
  • Protection from direct contact
  • Consistent temperature fluctuations in heated steel

PROASH TFS
